AktivAsia Indonesia trains activists and social leaders in essential skills for strategic campaigning, effective organization, and impactful leadership, empowering them to tackle challenges and enhance community collaboration.

The Training of Trainers is an advanced program that enhances the skills of activists and social leaders. In this program, participants learn to design and facilitate impactful training sessions, acquiring essential tools to effectively empower their communities.

AktivAsia training alumni connect to foster collaboration. These meetings facilitate the sharing of insights and resources in the climate and energy sectors, empowering participants to address key issues and drive change.

The Gender Equity Leadership Program is a six-month, intensive life-changing leadership journey that begins with an immersive in-person training on 14–16 April 2026. This program goes beyond a short course or workshop. Over six months, participants will engage in rigorous learning, reflection, and practice, strengthening their research and analysis, leadership capabilities, and strategic organizing skills through a feminist and gender equity lens. The program is designed to transform how participants understand power, lead movements, and build collective solutions rooted in justice, care and solidarity.
